WINE TASTINGS AT CLEVELAND
SHOW WITH FORTESSA
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Sterling, VA – A Grand Tasting Pavilion, co-hosted by the Cleveland Wine School and Fortessa, dispensing its fine Schott Zwiesel crystal glassware for wine sampling, will be paired with the Fabulous Food Show, November 14-16, 2008, at the I-X Center, Cleveland, OH.
The Pavilion visitor’s passport will include tastings at an International Wine Bar; wine theater lectures and “sippings”; seminars; and the gift of a 9.4-oz. “Forté” wine stem for sampling from more than 250 world-class wines.
“We’re the only show in the State that provides high-quality crystal glasses, giving visitors stemware they can actually add to their quality wine glass collection,” said Marianne Frantz, founder and C.E.O. of the Cleveland Wine School, which offers classes for both wine aficionados and restaurant-hotel professionals.
Crafted of Tritan® crystal – a uniquely brilliant, durable glass, Forté stems are break-resistant and dishwasher-safe. This combination of beauty and function made the glasses an essential choice for the show’s tastings and wine events, said Ms. Frantz. Forté stemware is available exclusively through Fortessa, based in Sterling, VA (www.fortessa.com).
The Tasting Pavilion is set to welcome and pour for more than 10,000 visitors during the November show, which also will schedule appearances by celebrity chefs, such as Food Network’s Paula Deen, and Guy Fieri; cooking demonstrations; book signings by chefs; a chocolate bar; and a fabulous food market.
